What's worth sending
- A style renders as empty boxes somewhere — tell us which style, which app, and which OS/version. Some of this we can fix (picking a more widely-supported character); some of it is the receiving app's font and there's nothing we can do — but we'd rather know than not. Screenshots help.
- A style you want that isn't here — we add generators based on real requests, not keyword lists. Tell us what you'd actually use it for; that's the part that decides whether it gets built.
- A bug — Copy button not working, the style dropdown misbehaving, layout broken on your device, the wrong result showing. Include your browser and device; it's almost always enough to reproduce it.
- A correction — if something on the compatibility page or a how-to is out of date (platforms change their font handling constantly), point it out and we'll re-check and update the "last reviewed" date.
- Partnership, press, or licensing — happy to hear it. Be specific about what you have in mind.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. Bug reports and broken-render reports get looked at first because they affect everyone; feature requests get a slower, more thoughtful reply (or none, if it's something we've decided not to build — see below). If you don't hear back in a week, it's fine to send a nudge.
What we don't do
For the avoidance of doubt: we won't add "just one more" ad unit, gate any tool behind an email signup, run a newsletter, sell or share what you type (it never leaves your browser anyway — see the privacy page), or take requests to make a style "undetectable" by moderation systems. The no-popups, one-ad approach isn't a phase and it isn't up for negotiation.
